The Ciragan Palace Kempinski seeks to re-create a Sultanate sense of royalty. It draws its design cues from the attached Ciragan Palace, the site of a historic Sultan’s palace. The rooms are adorned with traditional Ottoman furnishing and design styling, most with an accompanying Bosphorus view. The Palace section boast some of the most exquisite accommodation in Istanbul, and is frequented by travelling presidents, prime ministers, and kings and queens.

The Tugra Restaurant, Ciragan Palace’s luxury restaurant and culinary pride, serves authentic Ottoman cuisine amid a beautiful backdrop. The restaurant has been repeatedly named one of the 50 most romantic restaurants in the world. The restaurant draws inspiration from the Ottomans’ finest age, preparing its signature Testi Lamb as it once was prepared for the Sultans.
