Food & Beverage

Crowning The St. Regis Istanbul, Wolfgang Puck’s Spago restaurant combines stunning views of Maçka Park and the Bosphorus with a warm, contemporary design and original artworks. A distinctive white, ribbed vaulted ceiling unfolds onto floor-to-ceiling glass, connecting an intimate dining room with a spectacular lounge. Seating ranges from banquettes to a variety ofunique, individual living room arrangements anda private dining room with its own lounge area. Tactile touches throughout the space enhance the restaurant’s innate glamor and matchless craftsmanship, extending from the dining area and lounge to the all-seasons outdoor terrace, which nestles a range of individual and group tables between lush, seasonal gardens. Along with its magnificent surroundings, the restaurant introduces extraordinary menus based upon a signature farm-to-table philosophy that highlights traditional and small plates designed to encourage sharing. The eclectic, seasonally based offerings combine American, Mediterranean, and Asian influences that take guests on a culinary adventure but always incorporate Chef Wolfgang Puck’s celebrated wood-oven pizzas, appetizers, pastas, and flavorful entrées. Desserts vary according to the season and include a selection of fruits and whimsical sweet surprises. A children’s menu is available for our youngest guests. To complement the cuisine, an extensive glazed wine cellar positioned at the entrance houses an uncompromising selection of international vintages, including an excellent selection of Turkish wines. The bar serves premium cocktails, spirits, Champagnes, wines by the glass and beers as well as Wolfgang’s trademark hand-crafted, artisanal cocktails—like the Rolling Fog Over Mt. Fuji-which feature premium spirits and in-house creations, such as syrups and infused liquors.
